이 워크숍은 주변 사람에게 영향력을 미치고 다른 사람과 협력하는 능력에 따라 자신의 성공 여부가 결정되는 분들을 위한 것입니다. 다음 능력을 증진시킬 수 있습니다.

로레인Lorraine은 CNVC 국제인증지도자로 기업가들의 능력을 증진하여 개인이 의미 있는 성과를 얻고, 조직은 지속 가능한 성공을 할 수 있도록 돕습니다.

 

로레인은 유엔, 머크(미국 최대 의약품 제조사), 특별 올림픽에서 리더십 팀이 리더십을 발휘하도록 코칭하고 훈련하고 있습니다. 서던캘리포니아대학교(USC)의 “경영 리더십 프로그램”에서 의사소통 기술을 가르치고 있고, MBA 과정에 있는 학생들에게 기업에서 공감의 힘에 관해서 정기적으로 강연을 하고 있습니다. 로레인은 화학 공학을 전공하고, UC Irvine에서 환경 공학 석사를 취득했습니다.

NVC Skills for Business Leaders

Korean NVC Center, June 13-14, 2015

 

This workshop is for people whose success depends on their ability to influence and collaborate with others.  You will apply an NVC-based model for influence and collaboration that increases your ability to:

§  Quickly reach agreement.

§  Ask for what you want – and get it.

§  Establish an empathic connection with clients and coworkers who might appear to have different values or priorities.

§  Make efficient decisions that value all perspectives.

§  Find win-win solutions.

§  Prevent and resolve conflict

§  Listen beyond the words to identify what matters most to the other person.

 

 

Lorraine Aguilar

Lorraine Aguilar helps business leaders get meaningful results by increasing their ability to influence and collaborate with others.  Together with her colleagues at Working Harmony, they help organizations secure sustainable success by taking their rising stars to the next level.

Lorraine has trained and coached senior leadership teams at the United Nations, Merck, Special Olympics and other organizations dedicated to leading-edge leadership and organization development.  She teaches communication skills at the University of Southern California (USC) Executive Master of Leadership Program and speaks regularly to MBA students about the power of empathy in business.

Lorraine Aguilar has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, a M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Irvine and is a certified trainer by the International Center for Nonviolent Communication. :
